Testimonials

There have been many occasions during the past three years when Louise and I have verbally expressed our appreciation to staff members for the many kindnesses extended to us. We are, therefore, happy to go on record to state how much we enjoy living here in the Village. In retrospect, we think our decision to move when we did was extremely wise. We recognize that, unlike many of our fellow residents, the blessings of having one another plus good health enable us to continue much the same lifestyle of former years. This is gracious living at its best.

We take great pride in telling our relatives and friends about the lovely place in which we live. We wish to thank you for your efforts to make our lives so pleasant.

Dear Linda and staff of The Village at Waterman Lake,

Janet and I want to thank you all for making the last year so wonderful for my mother, Anne. Your facility is very special and the care you give is outstanding. We are certainly “believers” in assisted living and The Village.

Dear Oliver,

I appreciate all the help you and your staff gave my mother Mary, during the 13 years she was at The Village. She made friends there and thought of it as home. She was peaceful and comfortable during her stay in the Atrium. All the staff are kind and caring, but Cindy Donahue and Deb Attia were most helpful to my mother and myself. Your individual attention to residents makes a difference.

My gratitude to you cannot be put into words. Your kindness and the constant help you gave me allowed my husband to stay in one of the most outstanding nursing facilities I had ever visited. His life ended with the most caring staff – The Atrium Staff.

During Mom’s life at The Village she became part of an extended family. An only child, she was now one of 18, cared for by caregivers and staff members who loved her more than we ever knew. We watched their love and tenderness pour out to her during these past weeks…
