Chalet Administrator/ Accounting Manager
Roberta has been part of The Village Team for over eighteen years, from the early days of Waterman Lake, right through to the development of our nine other Village communities. Roberta managed the team of Accountants who oversaw our ten communities, eventually turning her attention back to Waterman Lake where she'd started a decade before. Now, as Assistant Administrator, Roberta sits at the helm of The Chalet building where she is always accessible to staff and residents. This component of her job affords her the time and resources to really get to know residents and families, to be involved in their daily lives. A born problem solver, Roberta enjoys assisting residents in their daily challenges and helping The Chalet team address issues in a prompt and effective manner.
Roberta continues to oversee all bookkeeping for the campus as part of her role as Accounting Manager.
Roberta holds associate degrees in both management and accounting and possesses twenty-five years experience in the field of accounting.
She has one son and makes her home in Johnston.
